Sending Funds Back to Your Wallet
Withdrawals go back to the same wallet you used for deposits — DANA, OVO, or GoPay — so the money lands in a place you already control. Head to the cashier, switch to the withdrawal tab, and enter the amount you want to move. You will be asked to confirm the destination wallet number tied to your account. If your account has
not been verified yet, the system will prompt you to complete that step before the withdrawal is approved. We do not promise specific transfer windows, but the wallet receives the funds once our verification pass clears.
- Go to cashier withdrawal — Open the cashier and switch to the withdrawal tab — your eligible balance and minimum amount are shown here.
- Choose your payout wallet — Select the wallet method — DANA, OVO, or GoPay — that matches the account number registered to your profile.
- Enter the amount — Type the withdrawal amount within the limits shown on screen, then confirm the destination wallet number is correct before submitting.
- Verification check — If your account verification is incomplete, the system pauses the withdrawal and prompts you to finish KYC before the funds are released.
